Oh, I'm sorry to hear this. It's hard to lose a dear friend. But I admire you for caring enough to end his suffering. It's not an easy decision, I respect you for taking care of him and making sure he finds peace.
You have my deepest sympathy and I wish you peace and strength.
Condolences. I hope there is some comfort in knowing that you are doing the right thing to ease his suffering.

Oh Mutley, I am so sorry. I hated making this decision too, for more than one dog. I held each of them in my arms as they went.
It's the right thing, you know it, but it doesn't make it any easier.
Poor fellow. You wouldn't be doing this unless he was suffering. Sincere condolences.
He has gone. I bought it forward as he was in distress. Wetting his bed and shaking, nothing left of him.
